Our Process...from prototype-to-production

Q-S Technologies, Inc.’s will take the time to understand the needs and objectives of your project. Our team is seasoned and trained to help assist you in solving your problem.

	Design: During the initial contact we will identify your targets and critical objectives from product design to delivery requirements
	Prototype/new order: Once your order is in our system an internal specification, in strict adherence to your requirements, will be created to manufacture your cable. Q-S Technologies, Inc. has an excellent traceable documentation control system. We will provide you with CAD drawings, if required, at the time your order is placed.
	Process development: Every step along the way you can be assured that strict manufacturing guidelines are being adhered to, whether the order is a first article run or a full manufacturing quantity.
	Quality: The company’s quality system was developed within the parameters of Mil-I-45208. Our business depends upon our attention to quality and everyone in the organization is a quality inspector in his or her respective departments.
